"After chatting with Roberto, I found out that everything is made completely fresh, and he actually changes the menu every two months. What a genuinely amazing idea. You do not hear that very often, and it really shows how much pride he takes in what he does. Honestly, kudos to Roberto, it is a brilliant concept. One of the best parts is that the food is prepared right in front of you, so you can see everything being made as it happens. There is something really satisfying about watching that level of care go into every plate. It gives you real confidence in the quality and attention to detail. The food itself was fantastic. I had the spaghetti aglio e olio, and it was absolutely spot on, simple, classic, and full of flavour. She ordered the pork, and somehow it was even better, tender, rich, and beautifully cooked. The desserts were spectacular, and just like the rest of the meal, the wine and fresh bread were outstanding. What made it even better was celebrating a birthday there. It felt like the perfect place for a special occasion, relaxed but still memorable and a little bit different. Honestly, this place does not just feel like a restaurant, it feels like an experience built around passion and craftsmanship. Definitely, definitely come to Roberto’s place. His rotating menu means there is always something new to try, and that alone is a great reason to keep coming back. I know for sure I will be back every two months to see what he creates next. The owner Roberto picked out a delicious bottle of wine that paired beautifully with the food and I tried an amazing beer with chilli infusion! I felt super looked after.
